Samuel Kiragu is an accountant and regulatory compliance expert with experience in leading accounting firms and banks across Kenya, the Cayman Islands, and Canada. Based in Canada, he consults on FATCA and CRS for African financial institutions, teaches at a Canadian business school, and serves as a visiting professor at the University College of the Cayman Islands. He holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and is a certified FATCA/CRS Specialist (GCI), CAMS, and CGSS, as well as a corporate trainer for financial institutions and law enforcement in Canada and Eastern Africa.
Diana Muthoni Ng'ang'a is the Acting Head of Compliance at Commercial International Bank (CIB) Kenya Limited, with over a decade of experience in AML, KYC, regulatory compliance, and risk management. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has held key roles at leading financial institutions, driving initiatives in internal controls, corporate governance, and FATCA/CRS compliance. Diana's work is focused on advancing financial transparency and strengthening regulatory adherence across Africa’s financial sector.
